You were here when you said you'd be here. Both associates were friendly and got right to work, making sure they did not disrupt my house. I like that the products are all natural. One thing I was a little concerned about is the price for cleaning an area rug, size 8 x 10, was $60 compared to cleaning a room 12 x 12 at $35. I mentioned the gentleman who called the day before the confirm if they could do they area rug and he said they could. They were already here, I already had the rug out of the house on plastic in the carport, so don't quite understand the difference in price. I will take some of the blame for this since I did not get a quote before hand. However, overall very happy!
