My carpet was clean but more stiff after. Sasha was the service man and he was very nice and informative about your service. The only bad thing was he left the outdoor faucet running a little which I did not find until the next afternoon. Overall, I was satisfied.
Your respond promptly to phone calls requesting service and set up an appointment time and follow through quickly. Carpets all looks great now!

Extremely pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning...unbelievable difference and the whole upstairs smells "refreshed". I would definitely use Zerorez again!!
