the men that came to our house were exceptional. I think they were trained very well and they could not have been polite than they were. They explained what they were doing. we added cleaning a sofa this time and we were very excited about the results. The sofa looked like a new except where the sun had faded the fabric. Again were very satisfied.

When Matt arrived he identified himself and his assistant, Justin. He explained what he was there for, natural solutions used, and before work started, we all went over the area(s) to be done. Matt discussed the price and accepted the mailer coupon which I presented to him. There were a couple of difficult old carpet stains to deal with and Matt said he would address that. When the work was completed the stains were barely noticeable which was a tremendous improvement in appearance. What I truly appreciated was no chemical odor because ZEROREZ has NO CHEMICALS. Matt and Justine were very polite, courteous men and ZEROREZ is well represented by them.
