I was disappointed that you with advertising (WPTF, 99.9, etc.) and the person(s) that I spoke to at ZeroRez did not mention once about the very much increased prices associated with any pet areas treated. It is unfortunate that you have elected to only have the person coming to do the work, to give out that information.
It would be better that you allow the client to decide for treatment, based on complete disclosure, prior to the worker coming to the residence.

Fragrance and ability to remove stains
Zerorez was on time, they explained what they were going to do and they made it happen. Their staff was extremely nice, accomodating, and knowledgable.
So far the stains I wanted out have not reappeared and the carpet looks good. The carpet dried in the time frame I was told (8 hr). So far everything is as advertised.
