With the exception of one thing,which was that they were supposed to call me the day before to let me know what time to expect them, also 3 hr window notice on the day of the cleaning. Regardless of those two issues everything else went very well. The carpet cleaning guy(sorry can't remember name)was very thorough and expeditious.overall I had a very good experience with zero Rez and will gladly recommend them to my friends and family. Sincerely, Name removed......p.s, the chemicals that they use none harmful to kids, children, babies, etc. I was very concerned about that because I have a 2 month old baby that concerned me when it came to the chemical they use, they reassured me that I have nothing to worry about,from the lady that took the order to the gentleman that cleaned the carpet. The carpets appear cleaner after Zerorez service. Hector our technician was very friendly, on time and worked quickly. I am a little disappointed that I paid $150 "extra" dollars for "Pet Treatment" and the stains have reappeared. :( I don't think I'd do that again.
