Thorough work, the young man that cleaned the carpet was knowledgable about your products, he informed me of things that I may not have thought about (i.e. removal of pet stain that may resurface), he offered additional products and allowed me time to make my decision, he was friendly and he was punctual. Products used are good, no residue and no additional charges.

I also asked the crew when they arrived if they could clean the hardwoods and tile areas and they cleaned them too.
