My Carpets looked New again. I thought that I needed to replace my carpets but I didn't have the extra money in the budget this year so I thought if I cleaned them maybe I could get another year, but now I think I might get a little longer.

I appreciated the calls in regard to scheduling and about the time of arrival. A few areas did not get as clean as I had hoped, but realize my carpet is rather old. Generally, I feel a good job was done.

I like how clean my carpet was. There were stains in it that I thought would not come out and they were able to remove them. The service was excellent. The gentlemen were courteous, talking and asking questions to make sure that I understood what they were about to do. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning to my friends and ssociates.
Lander, who came to my parents house for furniture cleaning, ended up also willingly cleaning a portion of the carpets! We couldn't have asked for a better job. He worked diligently and was non-intrusive. My parents are elderly and find a break in their routine very unsettling but the experience was pleasant and they loved the end result!
