Ed, the technician, was wonderful. He did a great job initially, but one stain in the master bedroom re-emerged. In response to my call to the office, Ed returned and cleaned the spot, and the carpet looks great.
I really appreciate the fact that you have found a way to clean carpets without adding many potentially harmful chemicals. The company was very responsive with any questions and accommodations that I had.
One comment that I would like to share is that when everything was done and the guys had left there was residue on the laminate flooring that I had between the front door and the bedrooms that were cleaned. I guess from the water and hose that were used. Not a big deal, it mopped up easily enough, but looking out for that next time and at least wiping that down or something else would show that you are willing to "go that extra mile".
