I have had my carpets cleaned by other places, but Zerorez did the best job! The carpets (which are 5 years old) look great and best of all feel great. In the past my carpets were left with a stiff feeling. With Zerorez the carpet look and FEEL clean. It was easy to schedule service, I was called prior to arrival and the tech. (P J Provenzano) did a wonderful job cleaning and explaining about the cleaning methods. While he was here, I had him add on the cleaning of my couch (which I did not know I could clean my couch with this service). My couch looks wonderful. I am so pleased and I would only use your service in the future for all my home cleaning.
