Carpet dried quickly and there was no chemical smell. Carpet looks great in all rooms except for one area in living room around reading chair which still has a couple of dark spots on it. Perhaps grease or dirt that did not come out? Any ideas for my getting more of the stain out?

I like that you guaranteed to get the pet odor out of my carpet and when it did not all come out, you immediately contacted me and offered to re-treat the area. The Technician that came, "Hector" was very good. He was polite, quick and seemed confident that he could get the odor out this time and he did. It dried quickly and I don't smell it any longer. He did a great job and I have recommended you to a friend (Theresa Harris) who will be calling to schedule several rooms in her home to be cleaned. Thank you Hector.
I like the fact that there are no issues with water being moved throughout the house during the cleaning process. Also appreciate the quickness of the entire process.
There was some product used to take spots out of the carpet and it amazingly worked. I was impressed.
