The technician Stephen was wonderful !!! He looked at the carpet and reassured me that he could clean it he also showed me how he would clean our area rugs which was impressive. Then I have to mention the results which were UNBELIEVEABLE. My carpets have not looked this good since they were brand new and they dried overnight. Thank you so much!! After the 3rd try, Kevin showed up and was a real professional in how he went about fixing my concerns. He said the carpet was not pre-treated correctly and that the second person that showed up who did nothing should have at least tried to clean the area of concern again.
Kevin pre-treated and cleaned the area and it is completely satisfactory done.
