Service from initial meeting, phone call to set up appointment, to the technician all very professional and I appreciate the follow up and follow through.
However I will need another appointment since the living room carpet has some dark markings that I did not have before.

Hector was very professional, timely and cared about the job that he was doing. The carpets smell and feel fantastic!
Service was quick. Carpets appear clean. However, I did not. Like the fact that you do not move small furniture like storage benches or coffees tables so you may clean under them. I can understand not moving larger furniture items.
