I like the fact that your products don't leave soap in the carpet. The last time they didn't do a great job but this time Steven did an excellent job. My tenant had left them absolutely filthy, disgusting and gross. I almost decided to replace them but Steven got them clean. I was amazed and next time I'll make sure I get Steven. no chemicals. technician very friendly. carpet looked great afterwards. did seem a bit "stiff" in places after the cleaning; not sure why.
Our technician, Stephen, was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable of your services and was able to answer any question I had. I called your company for carpet cleaning but ended up having our tile and grout cleaned as well as our granite countertops. They all look amazing! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and would also recommend asking for Stephen as your technician.
