The technician was Josh and he did an amazing job. We were really upset because we were called the day of and told that they couldn't make it and we would not be able to get it done for 3 days. Evidently Josh was willing to take on out job and came after working already a full day. We were very appreciative of Josh's willingness to come. I would recommend zerorez because of Josh.

Your service tech (Patrick) was friendly, professional & efficient. He did a great job and delivered good results with the carpet cleaning.
The thing I had issue with was your internal scheduling. The tech was dispatched to the wrong address for my job. His notes about the job were obviously for another job. I waited an extra 45min. for him to arrive because he was sent to an incorrect address.
Once he arrived, from then on, I was happy with the results.

Fast, efficient work. Carpets are clean and feel as they did when new. The technician who did the work was professional in every way. I have one concern. There was a trainee along with the technician. The trainee asked to use my bathroom - they were here only an hour, and he asked to use the bathroom about 30 minutes into the cleaning process. I found that most unprofessional. Perhaps as a new employee he did not realize that he should not be asking that, but he should be told that he should go to the bathroom before coming into someone's house to do some work.

I like how clean the carpets get and how it is biogradable product, and how fast the carpet dries, the Associates are so friendly, I will always use Zerorez, and I love the prices when I catch a sale,
