Not only was my Zerorez experience amazing, but it met the level of professional expertise and timely work that I have learned to expect from the company. From the initial appointment scheduling to Josh’s arrival and work the day of our cleaning, I cannot say anything but positives about my interaction with Zerorez staff members.
The morning of our cleaning, Josh called to let me know ten minutes before his arrival, which was during the guaranteed time. He showed me what the Zerorez process would do, and was prompt and thorough with the job. He showed me during the process how the Zerorez equipment removed all of the buildup that was in our carpet, and the difference after the cleaning was amazing. Our carpet looks like it has years of life left on it.

1 - Y ou were willing to send the team back because I was not satisfied with several traffic areas in the living and dining rooms. Also, one specific stain (mayonnaise) needed work.
2 - The carpet was dry by the next morning. Years ago I had an awful experience with Stanley Steamer.and I have been wary of steam cleaning ever since.
You are prompt and efficient. You cleaned my first two house in July one going to closing one coming on the market. I could not have been more pleased with both, you got out stains and had carpets looking like new

Every part of every step was clean. Every single part!!
Would I have changed anything about the visit? Yes. There was some kind of circular mark on one of the top steps. I think it was there when we moved in three years ago. It actually appears to be rust. However, I digress. I would have preferred that the Cleaner had pointed out to me of its existence and its refusal to be removed. If I had not remembered its existence, I might have not realized his apparent work ethics. Please thank him again for his willingness to give his customer's their money and time's worth.
