Thorough work, the young man that cleaned the carpet was knowledgable about your products, he informed me of things that I may not have thought about (i.e. removal of pet stain that may resurface), he offered additional products and allowed me time to make my decision, he was friendly and he was punctual. We are so glad we found Zerorez. Ed did a great job of explaining how Zerorez works without soap or chemicals to clean carpeting and other materials without leaving a sticky mess behind.
