The carpet looked lighter that usual, the technician was very professional, the spots are pretty much gone, and there's no tacky feeling to the carpet surface. I'm hopeful that it really will stay better looking longer...we'll see.

I appreciate that the cleaning is done with steam and not soak (which, as explained)leaves a residue which would attract dirt that would settle back into the carpet. It was amazing to see how well the method cleaned the carpet. We were quite pleased with the results and hope to call again soon to schedule cleaning at our home.

It cleans well

Great results on most areas. We have one spot, about 4 sq ft that is from a planter leak. This spot disappeared when the carpet was damp but has reappeared now that the carpet is dry. The tech, who did a great job explaining what was being used and did the work well mentioned that you have a chemical for especially tough spots. I do not know if that was used but would like a revisit to see if something else can be done with this tough spot.

The professional staff that arrive to do the service, prompt, polite, calling ahead , as a single female in the house with a baby I feel safe with them in the house. Last year I did not use you and went with a groupon instead I felt very vulnerable with the man in the house in an unmarked van who started to up sell products once inside
