The technician was very nice; knowledgeable; and accommodating. The cleaning has been better than advertised. We have an older pet that has to take meds, and occasionnaly the meds will have side effects that cause him to be incontinent. All this came up and so far the stains have not reappeared! We've had the carpets cleaned in the past and within days the stains were back.....I'm a believer!
