Steven (Stephen?) was wonderful...full of information and suggestions without being one bit pushy. He seemed very well versed on product and applications and pointed me in the right direction. The job was beautifully done and the house smelled wonderful!

No chemicals are used. I was very pleased with the representative who cleaned my carpets and tile. He gave me some useful tips for wiping up spills and also recommended the filters to use, giving the best results for a clean home.

the man (Kato) who cleaned our carpet was superior...the best ever! I'd like to schedule a cleaning for Friday at my mom's and if I can request him that would be great! Let me know via email and we'll get it scheduled!

Rates were reasonable, technician was pleasant and efficient, process went quickly and rugs dried in a couple hours. Wool rug was sent out, to be returned in few days.

The people you have working and representing your brand are exceptional!!! I just had my TH cleaned 2 weeks ago (I believe "Matt) and then "TJ" this week at my boyfriend's TH The carpets looked fabulous!!! Both of the contacts who came to clean explained a couple of upgrade options for the cleaning but were not pushy at all. They arrived precisely on time and did not take long at long to completely revamp the carpets. Thank you Zerorez!! We will definitely use you in the future!
