Very clean and odorless. Quick drying. Pleasant and conscientious technician.

I like the way that the carpets smell and feel after cleaning - no chemical smell, just CLEAN. Drying time is very quick and my carpets look like new again. I have my own carpet steam cleaning machine to clean up small messes, but like to have Zerorez in annually to give the carpets a deep clean - very important with pets in the home...

Liked that no chemicals were used but disappointed that a stain in the carpet wouldn't come out. I do not find fault in zero Rez for this.

I also appreciate your product being a clean method that leaves no residue. I have children and pets who may be adversely affected by harsh chemicals. Thank you for doing such a great job.
