Zerorez was able to work around my schedule and arrived as scheduled. Carpets came out great even the pet stains. Matt was friendly and professional suggesting additional services I wasn't aware of that would help preserve our carpets.

Our technician, Chad, was very customer service oriented. He was courteous, on-time, and very efficient. The carpet dried in about two hours, vs. other carpet cleaning companies, where it took over 6 hours to dry.

My carpets are ten years old, and had only been spot cleaned over the years. We did not know if they would come clean or not. Zerorez was able to make them look almost new again. The service was great! Thanks!

Justin did a wonderful job explaining the technology and cleaning our very light colored twelve year old carpet. He answered our questions before he started and explained what he would not be able to do with the collection of dark material in the carpet directly adjacent to the wood baseboard. He actually came early, but called first to confirm acceptance and was very thorough and professional in his workmanship.

The carpet was so stained I was sure I was going to have to replace it but hearing your ad on G105 I decided to give you a try. After the service was done I walked into a room that looked like it was a new carpet.

You advertise on conservative talk radio. Your field operation is very neat, clean and organized. And I suspect you use DI water to clean, which is cool.

However, the additional fee for water and disposal is a bit chincy. It's like an airline charging me separately for fuel. It should just be part of your price.

To improve:Furniture stacked caused damage to my dressing table due to some metal on the back of a heavy headboard. Train workers to pad furniture when stacking.
