Sacha, the service tech was instrumental in helping me understand what I needed and prooved the products and service worked. Need a better receptionist as it is not her place to tell me what I did not do online when scheduling when in fact I know I did. Her attitude caused me to cancel my initial service, but with my past experiences beign so positive in the past, Jeremy took control when I called back. Made carpet look fresh again. Much better than traditional carpet shampooing and lasts much longer.
The worker that came in to our house was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products that he was using and gave us additional options that we could use in the future if we needed. He called us before he was on his way to the house to make sure we were prepared for him, and also showed up on time! We were & still are amazed at how great our carpet looks after having Zerorez come out! (They look Brand new!) Will definitely be using your services in the future!

David did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet. I will be using your services again and will be referring you to my co-workers. I paid the same price for Stanley Steamers a while ago and was not impressed and I must say Zerorez was far more superior.

Anthony was very nice and polite. I have had Stanley Steamer in the last 3 times and the spots were gone but resurfaced in 2 days, plus the overall color of the carpet remained the same. With Zerorez the stains are GONE, they have not resurfaced AND the overall color of the carpet color is brighter. The carpet dried quickly also.
