David, our tech was very knowledgeable and thorough. He recommended treating an old stain with a product he had available and did, at no extra charge. The final cost was what was originally quoted. With previous carpet cleaning companies, the stains reappeared after a few days. Four days later our carpet is immaculate.

Sacha was awesome. We have 3 cats and 3 young children. He was able to get a lot of stains (or at least make them very hard to see) in both our carpets and our couch upholstery. He showed us the Empowered water that Zerorez uses. When he was done our house didn't have that "carpet just cleaned" smell and they were dry in no time.

Clean carpets really well - best carpet cleaners I have ever experienced. I had paint stains in the children's play room which I had struggled to remove for months. Well, after Zerorez pretreatment, they disappeared completely. Overall, the carpets looked almost new (and we have had them for 6 years). Despite the high price, Zerorez is definitely worth it!
