The young man who came to clean the rugs was very thorough and my carpet looks brand spanking new. I was very pleased and will continue to call on zeroez. I would like the same guy to keep cleaning my carpet too.

Everything seemed really good that the carpets got really really clean but the only problem is that the dog urine smell that's on our stairs started coming back after the second day. I will be calling back later this week to see what can be done about it. I just had surgery so it may take me a couple of days To get in touch. Other than that the technician was super kind he was very Businesslike and very professional. I have no complaints with him whatsoever.
