makes carpet look almost new. no harsh chemicals
It seems to clean without an odor, however it did take longer to dry that we were told. We did have our air conditioning on. David was the gentleman who clean our carpets and he couldn't have been any nicer.
Tech (Sasha) was great at explaining everything as a first time customer. Offered additional services but was not pushy about taking them. Service and results were excellent

Did a real good job
It was easy to make an appointment. Landon, the service provider, was polite, professional and did a great job on the carpets.
We were going to replace our carpet, but thought about giving a professional cleaning a try first. We are so happy we did. Zerorez got all of our old stains out & made our run down carpet look, smell, and feel brand new. We are so pleased and surprised with the results.

They are environmentally, kid, and dog safe! The customer service is fantastic. The man that came was on time, efficient, pleasant, and respectful of my home. In my opinion, he deserves a raise and management position. I will be getting my oriental rugs cleaned with you, which I did not know you did, except for your representative.
