The team that came to help us was very friendly and personable. A nice, fun team that didn't make us feel uncomfortable working in our home. They explained the process very well to us and were very interactive. Not to mention the job that did was tremendous, they even removed 4 month old latex paint from our carpet! I can't get over that! Zerorez was able to work around my schedule and arrived as scheduled. Carpets came out great even the pet stains. Matt was friendly and professional suggesting additional services I wasn't aware of that would help preserve our carpets.
Our technician, Chad, was very customer service oriented. He was courteous, on-time, and very efficient. The carpet dried in about two hours, vs. other carpet cleaning companies, where it took over 6 hours to dry.
