He was very professional, worked hard and was very respectful. You are very fortunate to have a young man of his caliber working for you.

Justin, the technician who worked on our house, was very courteous and professional. He very clearly communicated with me before he began to ensure we were on the same page regarding what work was to be done and what the estimated cost would be. We were still in the process of moving so it was extremely helpful that the carpet was dry after about an hour. What else is there to say, it's a job well done with minimal intrusion.

There was a yummy citrus fragrance when after I received my services. My carpets looked like new! Even areas where I had blueberry stains were completely clean. I had my stairs cleaned. They were a high traffic area and a lot of dirt collected there. After the cleaning the carpet looked fantastic!

How well they work and how fast they dry...

very proffessional. Unable to get all stains out of my carpet so I was just a little disappointed

Prompt, friendly service. The previous owner of our home had several dogs, and there was a very dirty area inside the front door. Zerorez got rid of the pet smell and the dirty area looks much better than we expected!!

The carpets look great, which is a challenge since the carpet in all but one room is over 20 years old. The technician was on time, very professional, fast and thorough which allowed me to get to work in a timely manner. The thing I noticed immediately is that the carpet was not left as wet as other services I have used in the past, which is very important to me. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
