Very quick and thorough! He truly did the best he possibly could with the pet urine stains. In the future I'd like to see the company develop a product that 100% removes these type of stains, but Zerorez definitely did the best I've seen...probably removing 90% of the urine stains. Overall I'm very satisfied and will use Zerorez again. Thank you!
Your service man was polite and was able to remove a coffee stain that was not previously removed by your company. He was able to clean two pieces of furniture that I had not previously considered when I made my appt.

No chemicals! Our carpet looks like new. It dried quickly and there was no "damp carpet" odor like with other companies.
