Your service tech was great! I like the environmental friendly product. However it did take a considerably longer time to dry in spots then expected even after lowering our air conditioner and placing fans in the room directed at the spots.

The representative, Ian, was on time, courteous, professional and very thorough with the work he did. Couldn't be happier with the results. We Will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.

fast process, dries quicker, last longer, smell cleaner....i have old carpet and because of your process i'll use you when i get new carpet fromt the beginning. my carpets are 18 years old and have lasted longer and still look good (for 18 years of use! )

They were on time. They did a great cleaning of the carpet areas. They were very concerned about soiled areas of the carpet and explained the process they were going to take to take care of them.
