The service was fast and very efficient. The carpets were cleaner than I was expecting them to turn out! Also, the service tech was really nice.

I was surprised at the $10.00 fee for the fuel and usage fee. When I called for the appt. I was told three rooms for $109.00 and $30.00 for the carpet protection. I was not told it was $30.00 for each room nor was there a fuel fee. My bill came to $179.00 as I was expecting it to be $139.00 I was in shock. I think when someone calls for an appt. they should be told all the fees up-front. As far as Zerorez - the tech. did a wonderful job.

Overall Zerorez does a great job. The guys are always very friendly and professional. I was a little disappointed as there were a couple of stains that were not removed with this last cleaning, however.

The service guy was Great!!!! And the carpets were shining!!

Thought the cleaning was awesome, the sealer was the same price as the cleaner but would not pay for that again. Can purchase sealer at Home Depot or Lowes and put on with a clean sponge and get the same result for about 1/100 the price.

The gentleman that came to clean the carpets was extremely knowledgable and very polite. We had some pretty tough spots, having a 3 year old and two dogs. When Landen was done, the carpet looked like it had just been installed! I was really worried that the stains would not come out. I highly recommend using zerorez!!
