The service provider was very professional, on-time, courteous, and flexible. We requested service in a outpatient clinic on the second floor. The only way to complete the job was by taking apart the furniture and carrying it down the stairs. He did that with no hesitation!

I appreciated the prompt response to my call, the communication giving me a "time window" that the tech would arrive, then an actual call from the tech giving me 30 minutes notice of his actual arrival. He was dressed very professionally, in uniform with name tag. His van & equipment were very clean. He introduced himself, shook hands and proceeded to evaluate my cleaning needs- Ie: pet stains, high traffic areas, etc. He then did an expert cleaning job on my carpet, had me inspect and collected my check. He ended his visit by saying

After the cleaning on the first property, the carpet looked

one of the rooms still has a pet odor even after the recommended
