The cleaning is done thoroughly with a very professional staff who is always willing to listen to your special requests and offer assistance. In my experience, the staff have sought to treat all of the stained and pet areas completely, with a resulting clean and fresh smelling carpet that has no sticky residue and dries quickly.

Zerorez was able to work me in for the very next day. The rep called before he came, giving me time to get home from work instead of having to wait at home for the entire afternoon. The treatment was fast and easy. The rep was courteous and respectful. Price was reasonable. No negatives at all!

Everything seemed really good that the carpets got really really clean but the only problem is that the dog urine smell that's on our stairs started coming back after the second day. I will be calling back later this week to see what can be done about it. I just had surgery so it may take me a couple of days To get in touch. Other than that the technician was super kind he was very Businesslike and very professional. I have no complaints with him whatsoever.
