Technicians--Justin and Ian were professional and engaged from start to finish. Explaining the "empowered water" process and efficiently handling my concerns of insuring the carpet was thoroughly cleaned & sanitized (as previous owners had cats that sprayed). My husband and I feel your services were top-notch. We had our entire upstairs carpet cleaned and the result is AMAZING. We thought the carpet was so bad we would have to purchase new carpet. It looks like brand new now. For real! I went to work this morning and at our Monday meeting, I advised everyone to let me know if they needed their carpets cleaned because I could recommend a company, Zeroresz. I should have had the carpets cleaned way before now!!!

We would also like to tell you that your technician, Sacha Felix, was AWESOME. What a great representative for your business. He was very personable, likable, knowledgeable, efficient, and HARD WORKING. We just planned on having the upstairs carpet cleaned, but when he showed me his "magic trip" on my three area rugs downstairs, I decided they had to go back to your shop for cleaning as well. They were filthy and I had no idea! Mr. Felix helped my husband move furniture and roll up the rugs and carry out to his van. I know he had to be very tired, because my appt. was late in the day on a Saturday, but he said he didn't mind, he really enjoyed his job. He spoke very enthusiastically about his job and the Zerorez products and services, explaining everything to us.

I like the courteous customer service but I was a little concerned with the amount of time that it took me to get the rugs I had cleaned returned. It was well over a month before I got them back.

The prompt friendly and courteous service. The fact that I made a mistake on the order and the person cleaning my carpet still gave me a discount on a pet treatment that I was not entitled to. This was not the first nor the last time I will be calling you for my carpet cleaning needs!!

I scheduled the carpet cleaning on a day that I knew my husband was working from home. I was a bit concerned that this would interfere with his ability to focus on his work. My husband could not have been more pleased with the service & the gentleman who did the work. My husband went about completing his work without interruption. I requested that the carpet be cleaned in 3 rooms with the added special of one free area. My husband was so pleased with the work completed that he added the service of cleaning/sealing the tile in the mudroom & sent two area rugs back to your shop to be cleaned. Wow..what a great surprise for me! Our carpet looks fabulous, including the high traffic areas that I thought would never look clean again. Our mudroom floors look new again.

I like the way the carpet feels soft after cleaning. The service men were professional and did an outstanding job cleaning spots that have never come clean before they cleaned the carpet. Before they came I was thinking I would have to get new carpet, but that is no longer the case. Zerorez saved me a lot of money
