There was a yummy citrus fragrance when after I received my services. My carpets looked like new! Even areas where I had blueberry stains were completely clean. I had my stairs cleaned. They were a high traffic area and a lot of dirt collected there. After the cleaning the carpet looked fantastic!

How well they work and how fast they dry...

Prompt, friendly service. The previous owner of our home had several dogs, and there was a very dirty area inside the front door. Zerorez got rid of the pet smell and the dirty area looks much better than we expected!!

The carpets look great, which is a challenge since the carpet in all but one room is over 20 years old. The technician was on time, very professional, fast and thorough which allowed me to get to work in a timely manner. The thing I noticed immediately is that the carpet was not left as wet as other services I have used in the past, which is very important to me. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

I was very pleased with the fact that you scheduled my service 3 days out, and even though I got a call asking if I can reschedule my service due to the technican's schedule running
behind, I had already moved all my furniture from the room being cleaned, you said it was ok and you would make it work. You did and the service was great. My carpet which had blood stains from my injured Dog looked better than I thought possible. the technican was very personable and did a great job!

Everything! I called last minute on a Saturday because the dog had thrown up (again) and I couldn't stand to look at the floors for one more second. I was told that Landon could be out by 2:00pm. Landon was great! He showed up early, paid attention to detail and didn't hurry through the process like most other service providers having to work on a Saturday. I was especially amazed at how clean the carpets were when Landon was finished. The carpets in this house are original and pretty disgusting. There were some mysterious stains in the living room that have never come clean, however, they were hardly noticeable once Zerorez came through. I needed 6 more months out of my carpet before I could replace them and Zerorez delivered! I was thrilled with the final results. My cream carpets look clean and bright and even the toughest stains have disappeared. Zerorez's extraction process is great and my carpets were barely damp when the job was done. One week later and the stains have not reappeared which so often happens after having my carpets cleaned. The only thing negative that I can say is that after receiving the $ I99 special for three room and a hallway, each additional room and/or piece of furniture was pretty pricey.
