I appreciate that the products were natural(green)as I have a child. The technician was professional, friendly, courteous and on time. I needed to have someone return to my home due to a stain that had reappeared. Due to an emergency beyond my control, I was late in arriving at home. The technician waited for me. He was pleasant and professional when I arrived and didn't display any agitation as others may have seeing that the customer was late in arriving. My neighbor came over after he left and wondered if I was pleased with the service. I assured her that they did a marvelous job. She stated that she was hesitant at first, but will call and have them come out to work on her carpets. Thank you Peter and Anthony and Zerorez.
