Client Testimonials

Response Time. Quality of stain removal.

Very professional and very good! Excellent service!!!

Sacha was awesome. We have 3 cats and 3 young children. He was able to get a lot of stains (or at least make them very hard to see) in both our carpets and our couch upholstery. He showed us the Empowered water that Zerorez uses. When he was done our house didn't have that "carpet just cleaned" smell and they were dry in no time.

Your always on time the people are very pleasant. The quality of work is excellent.

THE GENUINE FRIENDLINESS OF YOUR TEAM AND INTERACTION WITH ME DURING THE CLEANING, SHOWING ME DEMONSTRATIONS OF THE WATER USED AS WELL AS ALLOWING ME TO WATCH DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS.

David, our serviceman ,was efficient and professional. You kept us notified as to the time you would arrive. Very pleased.

Professional service and quality cleaning products.

Clean carpets really well - best carpet cleaners I have ever experienced. I had paint stains in the children's play room which I had struggled to remove for months. Well, after Zerorez pretreatment, they disappeared completely. Overall, the carpets looked almost new (and we have had them for 6 years). Despite the high price, Zerorez is definitely worth it!

Prompt, professional and great product.

Carpet, tile and grout cleaned looks great.

It works (carpet is clean and odor-free) and I don't have to worry about chemical residues affecting my child or pets.

Smell, look when completed

Courteous professional service. That means on time, or food communication when the schedule is running behind.
