The product, love how clean my carpet looks and smells. As for the service, Sasha was a walking advertisement. He completely explained the product that put me and my husband at ease as this was the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned. Sasha was very informative about the product. He was very committed to his job making sure that we were pleased. As promised, we will be calling back in 8 months for another carpet service. I have already been spreading the word about the outstanding service. Both Sasha and Anthony (David) were very respectful when it came to my home, they explain what they would be doing each step of the way.

The person that cleaned our carpet was very friendly & very knowledgable. The carpet looks great considering the amount if stains it had. There were some cat throw up stains that didn't seem to come out which I was dissapointed about but I am not sure how hard it is to get rid of them.

Les was very personable, patient in answering questions and did a great job on this old carpet. It almost looks like new. I like that the process leaves no residue. This is our second time with a Zerorez cleaning. (My father owned a carpet businsess for years, so I have known for years no residue is best for carpet that stays clean longer. I also got the post treatment.)

The technician came on time and explained the options. The service was completed in a timely fashion and the carpet looked great.

Justin was great. I never felt like he was in a rush to get to the next client.
All the stains except one incredibly nasty pet stain came out perfectly. The one the didn't...well only Justin and I know it's still there.
I was in a rush to get my kids to an appointment, or I think he would have stayed longer to try and remove it.
