Your service tech was great! I like the environmental friendly product. However it did take a considerably longer time to dry in spots then expected even after lowering our air conditioner and placing fans in the room directed at the spots.
The representative, Ian, was on time, courteous, professional and very thorough with the work he did. Couldn't be happier with the results. We Will definitely recommend Zerorez to others.
