Every associate is polite, fast, helpful, nice! This year the young man called me to say that he could be there early (like in 15 min), I was sitting in the chair at the hair salon! I asked him could he PLEASE wait 30 minutes, I would be there asp. He waited and was here when I got home. I cannot tell you what a help that was, I had triple booked myself that day. He was finished quickly, and my rugs look great!
