The first tech that was sent hurried and didn't do a through job, carpets were still dirty. The office did a great job of getting another tech out (Anthony) the next day. He did a great job finishing the cleaning and I will continue to use Zerorez (this was my 4th time) and recommend you to everyone.

Called on Zerorez again this year to clean the carpets of a home we just closed on. They had an opening for us that same day and had the job done in about an hour and a half. Very courteous, very professional, haven't met a Zerorez employee yet that I didn't like.
