Techician was polite and answered all questions to my satisfaction.The carpet is clean and most stains were removed. Some stains were not ablr to be removed.

very professional and courteous techs. great cleaning of carpets. they did explain my bonus room was too large to count as one room and would cost extra. i was fine with that, however, when i got my receipt via email they charged extra for walk in closet in the bedroom . they did not tell me about that because i would of said not to clean it, a closet does not get that dirty.

The demonstration provided with tap water and zerorez water was great. Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. In fact I had him schedule another cleaning later in the month for a few extra rooms because I liked the job he did.
