Your services are excellent -- we had our wall-to-wall carpets cleaned a few years ago and the men who performed the service did an excellent job. We liked the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals that would hurt us or our pets. The men moved our furniture without damaging anything and cleaned up when the job was done. Last month your men came and took three of our area rugs to be cleaned and also did an excellent job.
The men that came out were wonderful. They handled the job efficiently, and went out of the way to help me.

Your customer service was very good---I had to change my appointment very quickly and you were able to accommodate me. I wasn't home, my husband was so I didnt see the carpets until the next day. They were very very clean!! Very impressed with the job done! The only problem/complaint that I had was that I paid for 5 rooms + stairs and they only did 4 rooms. My sewing room did not get cleaned. Probably my husbands fault but it would have been nice since you collected the money to make sure the job was complete. My neighbor already asked me about the job that you did for us. So they probably will be calling you too!
