Wonderful service and fair prices
Non crunchy carpets
Technician was great. Very personable and friendly. Carpets were very soft and there was no harsh perfumes or scents left behind.
We have newer carpet that is well taken care of. We have also used ZeroRez in the past, and have referred you to several people who have also used your services. However, this last visit left our carpets with a terrible musty smell. I called, and although the carpets were dry, I was told to give it another 48hrs. I have deoderized the carpets as much as I can, as well as the house to get rid of that musty smell. Just hoping that the carpets are clean?
Didn't seem to really clean.

Kind persons - willingness to help
I've used this product before, never disappointed with the results.
So we have had Stanley Steamer out and my friends carpet cleaning company and neither one could get the stains out of our master bdrm. The carpet was nasty after poddy training 2 puppies and the issues of an elderly dog. Zerorez got the carpets like brand new :) We are selling our house and the realator was going to put in a carpet allowance to re-carpet the master. With Zerorez we didn't need too, they look brand new..... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Honesty of the technician
The tile was very, very dirty. There are a couple areas (high traffic) that could have been gone over another time to get the grout more completely clean.
I like the way the carpet feels when it is dry. It has the clean, like new feel.

It is all about the Technician who performs the service! Luis has done our carpet twice, we highly recommend him! Others have been good but no longer work for Zerorez!

Quality of clean
The spots were not removed even after we had paid for prevention the last time and paid for it again. It is frustrating that this has to be redone.

Did a amazing job downstairs but the roo. Upstairs looks the same. I knew it wouldn't look perfect just wish more of the stains would have lifted. The downstairs looks fantastic
I have been a customer for over 10 years and when your techs come they always inform me of any specials going on so that I may decide to get more services. This last time when my husband was home alone he asked about 4 small stains in our living room. The tech convinced him to have the whole rug treated at full cost for now two rooms and did not tell him about the three room special that would have saved us money.
