Your ad states you get pee stains out. I have a little dog and I see the same pee marks with our black light and some areas were not even wet when you left.

The tech, Colton, was very nice and professional. The tile and carpet certainly looked clean when he left. I walked around the house in socks, as he recommended while things were drying. My white socks got a little wet, as I would expect. What I would NOT expect, after spending nearly $400 on carpet and tile cleaning, is for my socks to be nearly BLACK from dirt on the bottom from walking on my "clean" floors. I will never use this company again and have told several friends already. Very disappointing.
The technician was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The carpets looked amazing when he was finished. There was no harsh chemical odor and the carpets looked and felt like new again. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.
We like that it does not include any harsh chemicals and all of the people who have come to our home are professional and kind

The interactions with all of the Zerorez personnel was very positive and pleasant. The quality of the floor cleaning was very good and our tech, Jesse, was polite, hard-working and kept us abreast of his progress. Overall, this was a very good experience.
First of all the technician Jeff was a total professional and great guy. He was someone you don’t mind coming inside your home to do work. He did an excellent job on the bedroom carpets. Other than very clean carpets, you would never know he was there. I would highly recommend to people wanting their carpets clean to use zerorez.

The tech was so professional and courteous and I didn't think that the stains on my carpeting would come up and boy oy boy was I astonished when they did! There were no chemicals used which I love and it dried in no time! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family.
