The carpet cleaner banged up my base boards

The gentleman that came to clean was really clean and dressed professionally. You could tell he pu a lot of effort in cleaning the carpet and the carpet came out amazing. He upsold on some add on and I was ok with that. But I did not like the fact that I was charged 135 for 3 rooms when the website says 125

Was not happy with the results at all. Called zerorez while he was here cleaning and complained about the service. I believe they should come back and clean the grout in the tile I paid for. Also do the rug in a bedroom that we did not pay for.

I was disappointed the tile grout did not come as clean as I expected and there is still a stain on the carpet. I had heard such great things about your company but was ultimately not impressed. For $900 I expected a better result.

I had my carpets cleaned less than a year ago, but the high traffic areas needed to be cleaned. Sadly your tech didn’t even try to clean them well. Each door way carpet was still soaking wet 18 hours later. I would like someone to come back out and finish the job.

The one upholstery piece that the technician attempted to clean actually looks worse. The rugs look the same and no better. And he wasn’t able to do most of the things I wanted. He was concerned after we try the one piece of upholstery and it turned out worse that the others were a similar fabric. Complete and utter disappointmen
