Paul and Zack were great. They did great work and were very knowledgeable. I did end up paying more than I thought I would initially but it was worth it to clean up pet messes in my home. I will be using Zerorez on a regular basis from here on out.
From the time they answered the phone (yep , answered the phone !) til my text that they were finished ; the team was professional , personal , friendly and the rooms came out great !
Rug looks clean
I called at the last minute (on a Tuesday) and someone came to clean at 12:30 pm the next day. The job was finished by 3:00 and the carpet was almost dry in about 4 hours. We were able to put furniture back the next morning. The carpet was very clean. The person who cleaned the carpet (his name was “Tre”) was very nice and went the extra mile on a few stubborn spots!

I was skeptical when booking, I figured JohnJay (from the morning radio show on 104.7FM) was just a paid promoter of ZeroRez, and this would be another let down. We had a room that no matter what we did, there was always a shuttle odor of dog urine. We had it cleaned twice, by other companies, and the smell always came back within a day or two. We are now on day 8 post-zerorez cleaning and there is NO ODOR! Nothing! 10/10 would recommend zerorez! Will be using again! Thanks, JJR and ZeroRez Phoenix!!

The carpet smells worst than prior to the tech coming out. To be honest the reason for such a low rating was the technician himself and his customer service. The technician mentioned the cost of the pet treatment, I said no. I told him I was expecting $150-200 additional for treatment, not $750. His body language and attitude completely changed. At one point I told him I don't want to be up sold on anything else, at that point he walked out of my house didn't say what he was doing then he came back in a few minutes later with the hose and started. I was not impressed with his customer service or job preformed.
I am unsure of anything that zerorez could do to make things right, I wasn't impressed at all with the service I received
Our carpet was full of pet stains but after a visit from Zerorez, my carpet looks brand new!

The technicians arrived on time and were immediately engaged and interested in what I needed done. They were honest about the results they expected and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. When they finished cleaning the couches and area rug they looked almost new!
Chairs did not come out very clean, I was surprised I have used your co. a few times in the past and was very happy with the results. This is the first time I had any upholstery cleaned.
Tech was awesome and the rooms smelled great when he left but by the next day the rooms smelled like dog urine again like they hadn't been shampooed. Whatever bio agent u have does not work very well unfortunately.

My first experience was very disappointing. The technician you sent the second time was fantastic. He was very concerned with making sure that he got every area and he checked with me several times to ensure that I was happy before he left.
