KYLE was my "Carpet Cleaning Expert!" He is a fantastic employee to represent your company...very professional looking & pleasant & he is so informative of the entire process.
He arrived on his scheduled time, called just before, so I guided him into the "mobile home park maze!" Perfect set up to get him & his equipment into the Mobile Home. I really appreciated his mannerism & personality & could tell he enjoyed his work, even at the end of his day! Thank you for hiring such personal technicians, that have a great personality!
The spraying & cleaning process is so excellent & no smelly chemicals! My "shag" in my carpet came back & was it's original color (mauve)! WooHoo! Didn't think I would ever see it like that again...but, ZEROREZ did the chore & Kyle just guided your great product thru my front door!! :))

Clean. Clean. Clean. Everything Zerorez says is true. From competitors at the top of the googled page to the multiple step process to break up dirt , grime and my laziness. Was skeptical as I had never used a carpet service before. Your ads sounded far more confident than others. Now, I know why. Professionals showed up with no judgement. I was not impressed with my services, this was my first time and my last time and I will not refer anyone for your services. The carpets still have stains in them its like you guys charged me for the additional rooms but didn't actually clean them.
The spots my children made with spills are all gone! My home smells fresh and clean.
Chris provided excellent customer service because he explained the process thoroughly, was extremely kind and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. I will definitely be recommending zerorez to my family and friends and highly recommend they request Chris!
The man who came to our home (MacMillan on Monday august 23) was excellent.
I had my 12x9 synthetic rug cleaner yesterday 8/23 and while the rug looks clean it smells the same as before the cleaning. The cleaner said his phone wasn’t working so he couldn’t give us a quote for additional service to help with the smell of dog urine. It was a bit confusing.
Being 9 months pregnant, I was so excited to have someone clean my floors so I didn’t have to. Unfortunately, I had to mop after the nice gentleman left because there were shoe prints from him everywhere on my tile. I wouldn’t ever recommend tile cleaning from this company, it seems as if they only specialize in carpets.
The service was great! They were able to come out quickly, which I was grateful for as it was a bit of an emergency to get these carpets cleaned. The prices are reasonable and very well explained. The carpets all look great and no odors. The tech called me afterward and explained how the job went and pricing, as I was not able to be onsite.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
