My Tech was amazing, he was diligent paid attention to detail and was not happy till it was done the way wanted it done. ( He was right ). Very high level of detail and diligence.

Technician was on time and friendly. Before carpet dried it appeared as though the pet stain was gone. As carpet dried a large yellow spot was still there. I researched online and use hydrogen peroxide/ water mixture to remove.
Customer Service, technician, and products excelled in our world on lack of customer service and wanting to take care of the customer needs. Products are pet friendly!
The crew came into our home and did an awesome job pretreating and cleaning our carpeted areas as requested. They were polite and efficient. Very thorough while doing their job. The carpets look better than when we first moved into the home.

We had a fairly good experience, however there were a couple of spots that should have been able to be removed on our carpet that did not look touched and there was a spot on our tile grout that was left as a white possible residual mess.

I have always liked using Zerorez because it leaves my carpets clean without any soap residue. I always use Zerorez and tell my family and friends to do the same. We also use Zerorez on our rental properties.

Fast service, clean product and decent prices. And so far both of the individuals I've had have been great.
Rob did an outstanding job. He listened to my concerns about past services that didn't even try to get my family room carpet cleaned. He took the time to go over the room several times in different directions and it made a huge difference! I appreciated his timeliness, knowledge and professionalism.
The communication with the company was also very impressive - it was nice to get the reminder and the notes about what to expect and how to be prepared for the service tech.

I don’t ever feel like I’m being ripped off or ask to add on things that are just unnecessary. Everyone is so polite and respectful of me and of my home and my family.
I don’t feel like I’m pumping chemicals into my home. The service providers are always great and accommodating for our oversized rooms.

My tech Cody did an INCREDIBLE job!! He was so professional, nice, efficient, careful, respectful of the walls and stairs and corners, and thorough!! I love the fact that the Zerorez process contains no chemicals, dries quickly, does an excellent job on tile, and so complete with multiple cleaning heads and processes. This is the BEST carpet and tile cleaning experience I've EVER had in 32 years of home ownership!!
