Easy to make appointments, receive complete instructions on how to prepare rooms for cleaning. The service provider show up at the designated time and does a thorough job.
Technician was very good and personable and knowledgeable.
However, we have hardwood floors, and you guys did not provide anything to keep the hoses from leaking water onto the hardwood floors
Another suggestion is you guys need bumper guards to protect the corners as you’re dragging hoses through the house
Would be interested to see if this is something you provide our technician didn’t know what a bumper guard was
Friendly thorough service, low price. The protectant helps with spot cleaning between services. The Zerorez solution gets all kinds of stains out of the carpet and clothing… I know because I have 3 dogs. Highly recommend.
ZeroRez has always delivered great results. My technician Joshua does a fantastic job each time he comes out. I will continue to use ZeroRez for my carpet cleanings and will request Joshua if able.
Our technician, Mike, was on time, friendly and very efficient. He was able to get us a pretty large stain in our guest bedroom. We will definitely refer Zeroez to our friends and family. In fact, our daughter has already contacted you to do her carpets next week.
The tech was extremely nice. But…Not sure what product you use, but it doesn’t clean well. I see lots of spots although I always pay extra for the protection spray.
There were a few places where spots were not cleaned sufficiently.

Since ZeroRez was purchased by a non-local corporation, my cost of doing the same rooms, for years, is NOW DOUBLED!!! I won’t even begin to go into how you are treating the employees that made this company a viable purchase for the new owners. You will not succeed by striping away all of the incentives these employees had to succeed financially and provide a quality of life that they were willing to work hard for. Greed is not a virtue! It’s rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine care for the customer’s home, but Zerorez truly delivers on both.
A special shout-out to Mario Meredith, who handled the cleaning. He was absolutely awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Mario took the time to explain the process, addressed every question, and went above and beyond to make sure each piece of furniture was spotless. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. Because of Mario and the overall quality of service, I’ll definitely be recommending Zerorez to friends and family.
Your added cost of $45 a room to get rid of odors was as much as your charge to clean each room

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 3 times and all the 3 times I was very happy. Good prices and all of the techs that came out to do the cleaning were exceptionally nice.
