The professionalism and response time.
Technician was very friendly. Jacob communicated with what he was going to do, advised me of additional products and services.
I am a repeat customer with Zerorez and have always been pleased with the service. However, this time the technician was terrific. He was on time (actually early), professional and efficient.

David was very thorough and professional. Zerorez should be extremely proud to have him represent their business.
Your staff member was very professional. He answered all my questions - using your service for the first time. I would definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

Everything was super easy from booking to payment. The young man arrived promptly and was very polite. He explained everything before he started and answered questions. Arrived on time, technicians were pleasant and got the job done very quickly and cleaned up everything.
Zero Rez is a pleasure to work with. From the office staff, ease of scheduling, and excellent communication. There are no surprises. We have used them several times. Each time the technician was excellent — on time, professional, friendly and did an excellent carpet cleaning job. I highly recommend them. You won’t be sorry.
They did an amazing job on my area rug.
The best employees, and the best results.
Your guy did a great job! Will definitely use your services again!
Agent was pleasant and very helpful. Stone floors and grout look amazing. They have never looked this good. Should have asked if there was some technique for getting area rugs to dry flat. Chair came out looking much better. Will definitely use services again.
The text communications were good in setting up the service. The person doing the work informed us on arrival time, was very courteous and polite. The cleaned rug and stairs look great! Thanks you!
Pricing was over double after arrival, and the quality of work was not worth the price.
I liked how our carpet came out clean and new looking, that the product that took the urine spot and smell away was great.
The service is always great. The carpet looks amazing. Very reasonably priced
Prompt, professional and excellent results!
The cleaning was very good and the tech was informative and professional. Good experience!
Carpets look excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and very professional. Very satisfied customer
I have three area rugs. Two of them are 65 percent covered with furniture one 9 x 10 was completely open. The pricing did not match the price I paid and that was only after I questioned the 500 some dollar estimate I was told that they charge for the whole rug even if it’s covered by furniture that’s not what I was told when I made my initial phone call I was told I would be charged for what was uncovered and then the open 9 x 12 did not come clean but I was told for another $300 they could take it to the shop and clean it much better with your magic water. I understand you have a good following. I just will not be one of them. Thank you.
I really like that Zerorez is nontoxic and has the 3 step process. I was shocked to see how much hair came off the machine because I vacuum regularly. Anthony was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process to me and left my carpets looking beautiful!
