I was quoted a price per room. I got quoted what I believed was a fair price over the phone. That turned out to be 1/2 of the amount I was charged. Yes, the amount charged on the day of my service was literally twice the amount quoted. The technician was great and even tried to straighten it out with his manager who was not able to do anything to make it right.

Highly improbable that I use this company again.

The tech we had was amazing. He was polite and very thorough in his work. The best zero rez tech I’ve ever had. Definitely want him to come back and do my carpets and tiles in the future.
