The gentleman that came talked A LOT Which was a little uncomfortable but also it took him only maybe 20mins to do our stairs and after they dried they were a little better but we realized they were still dirty and etc . Super disappointed.
I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Our carpet was very old but was very high quality. Your process gave very good results, in fact amazing under the circumstances.

Great service, cleaning products and technicians
I had a big sectional cleaned. It was over $400 and afterwards I had to go back and re- vacuum the couch. There was still dog hair and crumbs left all over underneath the cushions. I also had to clean blue liquid off my hardwood floors after the technician left. The Technician was nice & respectful but I feel didn’t give me a quality job for the money I paid. I could have just cleaned it myself and did a better job. Pretty disappointed with this last visit I had with Zerorez.
The Zerorez Tech arrived on time during the arrival window and quickly yet thoroughly went about cleaning the carpet. It looks brand new. Thanks!
Had tile floor steamed cleaned...... wonderful results
I love this company. I had tried several before nd my old carpets didn't look good. A relative told me about Zeroez so I gave it one more try. I was really hoping to get new carpet, but no. My carpet looked like new. That was quite a few yeas ago. I still only use them and tell everyone I know. My carpet is around 40 years old. They are reasonable, so easy to work with, the technician knows what he is doing, they are professional, friendly and quick. Would never think of using anyone else.

The carpet is still flat even after the cleaning. I would think it would have been raked or more cushioned. Can still see walked on areas and pathways. Didn’t see a difference in the carpet. In and out in less than an hour

It’s hard to deal with needing only one room cleaned and being required to pay $100. I was in a time crunch or I’d have made arrangements for a price that was more in alignment with the size of the task. The tech literally told me it would take him longer to take the equipment out of his truck than to do the work. I guess that’s the price I paid for convenience.
