What our clients think of us!

Everything

Everything....specials, service, efficient and no soap suds as well as harsh toxic chemicals!

The technician was very thorough and worked very hard. The carpets, area rug, and couch look good.

Speedy service

Zerorez came to the house on Friday and buy carpets look like brand new! Romero was very professional, efficient, and did a great job! It was a great experience!

Fast efficient service, always friendly service

Efficient fast thorough work

I like the fact that there’s no residue left on my carpet and all the dirt has been extracted. My carpet is several years old, but it still looks like new because I have only used zero Rez for cleaning. The young man that did the cleaning was thorough and courteous.

You do a great job. You are the only ones I have ever used to clean my carpets. My carpets are now 40 yrs old, and your technician was shocked to hear that. I always spend more than I signed up for but in the end, look how much you have SAVED ME from replacing my carpets, possibly several times over!

Amazing job

Cody did an amazing job and was so kind! I will be recommending Zerorez and Cody as a technician to family and friends.

Seth and Johnathan came to clean my air ducts and I will say I knew it would be a big difference but I was blown away when my ac kicked back on. My air ducts have never been cleaned before and I have had a ton of dust build up in my house so I finally figured I’d try it. Seth kept me well informed of the process they were going through as well as worked very efficiently until finished. I could write so much more about my experience but I’m overall pleased with everything

Cleans without sticky soaps that make your carpet get dirtier .

Have used Zerorez many times and I enjoy the fact that there is no crunchy residue on the carpet.
Good communication before arrival and Trevon(?) was very friendly and professional.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning our couch and our entire upstairs/staircase. They showed up on time and were very polite. After he cleaned each room he asked us to come take a look to make sure we were satisfied. Would recommend!

Kitchen tile cleaning was amazing.

What a great company to work with. The online self schedule system is great and they contact you quite quickly to confirm the appointment. Jason T was the tech who provided the service was polite, fast, and did a super job cleaning my older carpet. He even sent a text before arriving to let me know he was on his way, I am very pleased with the company and will definitely use them again.

The results.

Job Well Done.

Thorough clean

Knowledge tech

Great job walked us through everything he did. Good communication!

Nothing wrong other than tech was at house for no more than 30min. And to pay $150 for that not worth it. Tech did good job and nothing wrong with the job done. Just can't justify paying that much(and $25 service fee really?)

I liked the two young men who came over. They were very professional and did a superb job on the carpet, and areas that I thought were ruined were cleaned. I can't wait to have them back again in a month or so for other parts of our home.

Easy to reach out to…can call or book on line. Have used zero res for many different things/areas and they always do great work.
