Well Cody did an outstanding JOB. Love his attention to detail.
However your schedualing dept. is lacking. When I schedualed this appointment I was told 8am to 10 am I realize that I added extra rooms. this the kciker the person I spoke with did not inform me that the time would change. so at 5 pm the day before when you texted me and let me know He would be here at 12 to 2 I was ticked off. I had to reschedual my whole day My clients were not real thrilled nor was I.
Now I say this because this happened the last 2 times I used you guys. the first time I requested CODY and you sent me someone else.
2nd time you sent another person and he was high. I had requested Cody then too. If your service providers were not as good at their job and your system was not as good as it is, I would use a different company. The whole reason I started using You was because of CODY.
So I suggest stepping up the game in your schedualling dept.

I had soap residue that appeared when the floors were dry. I had to hand clean those spots which I reported back to you.

Our technician was AMAZING!! he was friendly, professional and explained the products available to help treat our carpets!! Completely satisfied with the results. I appreciated the care and respect that he had for our home during the process. (He placed corner protectors to prevent the hoses from rubbing the baseboards and provided shoe covers).
