The first technician had a dirty machine and leaving dog hairs all in my carpet. The second tecnician that came did clean his machine so he gets A rating. You need to make sure machines are clean before cleaning a customers carpet, etc.
Mario, was an excellent tech, personable, efficient, and paid attention to detail. Both the carpets and upholstery were cleaned and refreshed.
Second time was a huge success. We have older carpets (30 year) with pet stains, but carpet looks like new now.
No film left on carpet
Scheduling a cleaning was easy and I like how there aren't harsh chemicals being used. The. Service was quick and well worth it!

Jacob T. Is a top notch hire by Zerorez Phoenix. Zerorez is a company that has protocols and cleaning procedures in place. Those things can’t happen without employees to carry them out with heart and integrity! I’m beyond impressed with how our carpet and tile grout look after Jacob cleaned them! Saying I’m impressed by him is an understatement! Thank you Zerorez and Jacob for a job well-done!

I already left a message stating that I was very disappointed because the cleaning process triggered my alarm system to go off, saying there is carbon monoxide in the home. I also was not pleased when I paid $265 for my cleaning and the next day. I see an ad three rooms for $115. The gentleman that did the service were very nice and very efficient and the cleaning of itself was very good.
Efficient, bright carpet cleaning. I always get container refill of Zerorez empowered water each year for general cleaning and spot carpet cleaning.
