On time arrival, professionalism, work performed, out come of service. Bryan was the technician who worked on my carpets. His analysis & recommendations were spot on. Would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

While I was happy with my carpets cleaning I was disappointed that the tech chipped my door woodwork in a number of places going into my walk in closet. The other tech was there talking to him so he should have noticed. I will now have to buy paint to touch up the area. Hopefully I can match the paint. I did send a picture to Email address removed on the 29th but I have not heard back from anyone. I would appreciate your getting back to me on this issue.
