We only use employee "Ryan" for our ZEROREZ needs. Decided to have 2 rooms with tile
to have the grout cleaned for the 1st time since the house was built, since it was obvious the tile
had never been properly sealed. It turned out FANTASTIC!! Ryan was faced with a blinding rain storm to unload equipment and while soaked to the bone never once did his professionalism
suffer.

I had to come for one last attempt to make it look good enough for Thanksgiving and then come the first of the year. I was just gonna buy new carpet, but he cleaned it to where it is absolutely gorgeous and shared with us that this beautiful, expensive carpet has more years of life left in it.

He was extremely professional and his absolute best, and we were thankful to get him!

The tech was very nice but he dumped the chunky waste from the cleaning into the middle of our lawn and left it instead of dumping it into a trash bag or instead of cleaning it up after he dumped it. Also, I wasn’t blown away by how clean the rugs were. After close inspection, there was a TON of hair and dirt and I had to re-vacuum after I brought them in. To be honest, I didn’t see much of a difference in cleanliness in the rugs. There’s still obvious signs of dirt. Also, I had to ask about drying the rugs. No one was going to tell me how long it was gonna take to dry. For paying nearly $400 to clean 4 rugs, I’m pretty disappointed.

Prompt, easy to schedule and carpets look amazing

You showed up on time and spent 2 hours here but the next day several of the spots on my couch and rug showed back up. So $300+ and my couch and rug are not clean.

Besides some stains being removed, the carpets didn't look cleaned. There were red stains that didn't lift. The mattress still looked horrible. Tech was nice & took his time but the carpets we weren't impressed with.

Our tech was great! Friendly and efficient. You end up with like new rugs without the weird smells and crunchiness you get from traditional cleaning products.
