All people at Zerorez are polite, professional, and easy to work with.
Luis C. is the best carpet technician I've ever had! He made my dirty carpets looks like new. He also cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen, dining room and living room. I can see the original color now rather than dirty gray. Luis is the best. I also like that ZeroRez cleaning is fragrance -free.

Jesse was professional and pleasant. Did a great job. He was able to remove some play dough that was dried into the carpet. Very pleased with how good the carpet looked after Jesse was finished cleaning it using the Zerorez method.

Second time using company....upsale tactics each time & both times price was more than when I booked. Techs were fine...carpet is clean but not sure it is different enough from our former cleaners foe about $100 less
I had my tile cleaned and there was quite a bit of residue on the floors or even the doors next to it. It splashed and left white stuff on things.

Good morning I would love to give you some feedback on Zerorez this week I had the honor of having the company in my home, helping with my carpet getting it so clean and one thing I noticed that they really got a hold of the dark spots and they were lifted out and I really appreciate the great service. The gentleman that came into. My home was so cordial and so nice. He explained right up front what he would be doing and how the cleaning procedure would work. Very thankful. to have zero Rez company great professionalism. and I will be using them in the future. Thank you.
